EARTH DAY – 22nd April 2009 … Billionaires in Waiting.

Many years ago Zig Zigler said “Inch by inch, it’s a cinch”, and when you understand the power of these simple but very powerful words you start to move towards “knowing” that we will correct the mistakes, that we will bring balance, diversity and sense back into all decision making and that we are on the road to realizing Buckminster Fullers dream on 10 billion billionaires aboard planet earth.

TOMORROW is Earth Day 2009 and in my opinion it is an opportunity to celebrate everything magical about our beautiful planet Earth, and in celebrating it’s absolute and magnificent wonderment (is that a word?) take a few small steps towards the realization of our abundant planet, and a lifestyle rewarding ten billion billionaires.

What could such steps look like?

Perhaps as simple as

  1. acknowledging someone for the wonderful job they are doing
  2. sharing a smile
  3. laughing at your own significance
  4. taking the time to pick up some litter
  5. bringing integrity to areas of your life that aren’t working
  6. spending an hour planning your next five years, and ensuring that they cause minimal damage to our future.

There are many many simple things to do. There are also many simple ways of being. The choice is yours.

About Alex Sprunt

Twenty years ago I participated in a game that changed my life. Called "The Barnyard Game" it threw groups of intelligent people into fierce competition for the chance to 'access the Ocean of Abundance' and the "Ocean only wants to OUTFLOW ... so come with a spoon, a cup, bucket or pipe it in, the Ocean doesn't care". The game was noisy, loud, had physical barriers and it was played hard. Then all of a sudden a realisation was made that swept through the game in an instant. "There is no need to compete ... the Ocean is abundant and wants everyone to enjoy her abundance." For forty years or more we have been living at a time when everyone on earth could be living the lifestyle of billionaires. Technology and a cooperation revolution makes this available and the way forward is to elevate everyone up above the level of the "1%" rather than try and pull the 1% down to a low level. We are all living in exciting times ...
