Should We Forgive Mike Dillard?

Should We Forgive Mike Dillard?

If you don’t know who Mike Dillard is then it is a difficult question I suppose.

Mike DillardMike is a leading internet marketing ‘guru’ and very successful networker who provides an enormous amount of support to both new and experienced network marketers from around the world.

Magnetic Sponsoring Online is the ‘hub’ that Mike and his team created and added to over the past five or more years and has helping literally hundreds of thousands of people better understand the network marketing industry and networking in general.

Obviously chaos has reigned supreme over the past three years in the United States and many other parts of the world, but chaos is something that invariable occurs before a major breakthrough or transformation to another plane or stage of our evolution.

Two paths have been put before me … and the same two paths are available to everyone on earth.

One path proposed by a couple of my mentors … R Buckminster Fuller and a friend of his Werner Erhard which is a pathway to success for all humanity, everyone on earth and a likely outcome of ten billion billionaires living in peace and harmony on this beautiful planet, each industriously getting involved in issues they are interested in that will further our evolution.

You have probably heard the term “like peeling away layers of an onion”, we are truly entering an unknown arena as change accelerates at a faster and faster speed.

This is an era where faith will be needed, and as Buckminster Fuller put it many years ago “Faith is much better than belief. Belief is when someone else does the thinking.”

Buckminster Fuller and Werner Erhard - How Do You Make The World Work. And who is Buckminster Fuller some will no doubt ask? He was certainly a wonderful human being … and as you will see here, no more special than you or me, but he stopped for long enough … he questioned everything he had been taught … and he then he started doing his own thinking, something that very very few of us have come close to and yet we all have the ability.

“Thinking is one of the most difficult of tasks to do, that’s why so few people participate in it.” Henry Ford

A fact that very few people (I would include Mike Dillard in this group too) are aware of is that since around 1970 we have had the know how and the capacity to provide a high standard of living to everyone on earth, and yet today … around 20,000 people, mainly women and children will die from hunger.

The point to get here is not an intellectual “that’s right, I can see that” … but rather something you get in you gut, like “I am responsible for whether these people live or die because it is now possible that we can all make it”.

That wasn’t the situation before 1970 or there about, because we simply had not developed the technology yet to do so much with so little. We had entered a NEW paradigm … similar to when humanity leaned that the world was a sphere traveling around the Sun … that it was not flat.

So what is the second path?

The second path is one that many people including Mike Dillard encourage us to follow … and it is not only an old paradigm but as Werner Erhard put it so clearly in the brief video above, “It is lethal”.

It is based on a premise that there is only so much wealth here on planet earth, and you have a rite … even an expectation or obligation to get as much for yourself and your family as you can. Unfortunately Mike and many other ‘young’ people who have seen and experienced the wealth change hands over recent years, and sometimes it has been billions and billions of dollars. Take Donald Trump as an example … a billionaire, then nothing, then a billionaire again and now even considering running for President of the United States. You could say “that’s America”, but that would probably be an equally ignorant statement because no one country is a separate entity anymore.

So the real question each one of us, including Mike Dillard (and yes I am on his mailing list and get his offers … like his recent offer to follow path 2) is am I fearful of the future and like my ancestors and their ancestors before them I will grab everything I can, and too bad for those that miss out; or have I done enough of my own thinking to see that today ‘anything’ is possible, and indeed we do have more than enough for everyone to live very very well and so it is in-congruent with that belief to grab everything I can … it simply does not work.

And as for “should we forgive Mike Dillard?” … of course we should. He’s doing the best he can with what he knows just like you and me. He is a young man who has successfully made a lot of money, but as we have seen all over the developed world making a lot of money hasn’t made a lot of difference.

Bucky can have the last word here … “You can’t make money and sense at the same time, they are mutually exclusive.”

At Your Healthy Planet.com we’re playing the game of making sense … it’s the only game to play!

About Alex Sprunt

Twenty years ago I participated in a game that changed my life. Called "The Barnyard Game" it threw groups of intelligent people into fierce competition for the chance to 'access the Ocean of Abundance' and the "Ocean only wants to OUTFLOW ... so come with a spoon, a cup, bucket or pipe it in, the Ocean doesn't care". The game was noisy, loud, had physical barriers and it was played hard. Then all of a sudden a realisation was made that swept through the game in an instant. "There is no need to compete ... the Ocean is abundant and wants everyone to enjoy her abundance." For forty years or more we have been living at a time when everyone on earth could be living the lifestyle of billionaires. Technology and a cooperation revolution makes this available and the way forward is to elevate everyone up above the level of the "1%" rather than try and pull the 1% down to a low level. We are all living in exciting times ...
